Effective: September 28, 2012 Latest Legislation: House Bill 490 - 129th General Assembly If an accused files a notice of appeal, the convening authority shall transmit the record of trial and post-trial proceedings in the case to the state judge advocate for appropriate action. If the accused does not file a notice of appeal or files a notice of appeal and withdraws the appeal, then following completion of all post-trial review, the record of trial and related documents shall be transmitted and disposed of as the adjutant general may prescribe by regulation.
