Effective: September 28, 2012 Latest Legislation: House Bill 490 - 129th General Assembly Any warrant officer or enlisted member who does any of the following shall be punished as a court-martial may direct: (A) Strikes or assaults a warrant officer or noncommissioned officer while that officer is in the execution of official duties;(B) Willfully disobeys the lawful order of a warrant officer or noncommissioned officer;(C) Treats with contempt or is disrespectful in language or deportment toward a warrant officer or noncommissioned officer while that officer is in the execution of official duties.
