Effective: September 21, 2000 Latest Legislation: House Bill 617 - 123rd General Assembly (A) The bonds issued under this chapter may be called conservancy bonds, and the term shall be engraved or printed on the face of the bonds.(B) The records provided for in this chapter shall be termed conservancy records.
