Effective: June 30, 2010 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 85 - 128th General Assembly Notwithstanding section 6101.16 of the Revised Code, the board of directors of a conservancy district may comply with section 9.29 of the Revised Code regarding any contract for the engineering, repair, sustainability, water quality management, and maintenance of a water storage tank and appurtenant facilities.
