Effective: March 12, 2001 Latest Legislation: House Bill 549 - 123rd General Assembly The cost of any improvement provided for in this chapter and the cost of its maintenance and operation shall include, in addition to the cost of its acquisition or construction, the cost of engineering, necessary publications, inspection, interest on public obligations, and all other items of cost incident to the improvement as described in division (B) of section 133.15 of the Revised Code. The county may pay from available county funds any part of the cost of the improvement and any part of the cost of its maintenance and operation if the board of county commissioners considers the payment to be just.
