Effective: March 12, 2001 Latest Legislation: House Bill 549 - 123rd General Assembly A county or other public agency receiving the compensation provided for in section 6103.22 of the Revised Code shall credit the amount so received to the proper fund to be used for the acquisition, construction, or operation and maintenance, as the case may be, of water supply facilities or for other authorized purposes.
