Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly An action may be commenced and prosecuted for the recovery of any fine or forfeiture mentioned in sections 6103.02 to 6103.30, inclusive, of the Revised code, from any person liable therefor, by the prosecuting attorney of the proper county in the name of the state, in the court of common pleas of such county, or such action may be commenced and prosecuted by the attorney general in such county or in Franklin county, as provided by law.
