Effective: December 14, 1967 Latest Legislation: House Bill 791 - 107th General Assembly On or before the first day of June of each year, the board of directors of a watershed district shall submit to the board of county commissioners of each watershed county an expenditure budget for the watershed district for the next succeeding calendar year.
