Effective: December 14, 1967 Latest Legislation: House Bill 791 - 107th General Assembly Whoever violates section 6105.13 or 6105.133 of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than one hundred nor more than one thousand dollars. Each day upon which such violation occurs or continues may constitute a separate offense.
