Effective: December 14, 1978 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 445 - 112th General Assembly Every owner or operator of a public water system shall have analyses of the water made at such intervals and in such manner as may be ordered by the environmental protection agency. Records of the results of such analyses shall be maintained and reported as required by the agency.
