Effective: June 30, 2007 Latest Legislation: House Bill 119 - 127th General Assembly There is hereby created in the state treasury the water quality protection fund. The fund shall consist of federal grants, including grants made pursuant to the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, and contributions made to the environmental protection agency for water quality protection and restoration. The director of environmental protection shall use money in the fund for water quality protection and restoration.
