Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The board of directors of a sanitary district may police the works of the district, and in times of great emergency may compel assistance in the protection of such works. The board may prevent persons, vehicles, or livestock from passing over the works of the district in any manner which would result in damage thereto.
