Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Whenever authorized by the legislative authority of any municipal corporation, the board of county commissioners may by resolution lay out, establish, and maintain one or more sewer districts within its county to include a part or all of the territory within such municipal corporation as the whole or a part of such district. Such authority shall be evidenced by an ordinance or resolution of the legislative authority of such municipal corporation, entered upon its records.
