Effective: September 23, 2008 Latest Legislation: House Bill 562 - 127th General Assembly A county or other public agency receiving the compensation provided for in section 6117.42 of the Revised Code shall credit the amount so received to the proper fund to be used for the acquisition, construction, or operation and maintenance, as the case may be, of the sanitary or drainage facilities or the prevention or replacement facilities or for other authorized purposes.
