Effective: June 30, 2010 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 85 - 128th General Assembly Notwithstanding section 6119.10 of the Revised Code, the board of trustees of a regional water and sewer district may comply with section 9.29 of the Revised Code regarding any contract for the engineering, repair, sustainability, water quality management, and maintenance of a water storage tank and appurtenant facilities.
