Effective: November 19, 1971 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 166 - 109th General Assembly A regional water and sewer district is an employer and all employees of such district are public employees within the meaning of section 145.01 of the Revised Code. Such district and its employees are subject to Chapter 145. of the Revised Code.
