Effective: November 19, 1971 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 166 - 109th General Assembly Special assessments for the construction of a water resource project under Chapter 6119. of the Revised Code shall be payable in such number of annual installments, not less than one, and at such times as the board of trustees prescribes.
