Effective: July 13, 1970 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 447 - 108th General Assembly All meetings of the Ohio water development authority shall be public and the records of the authority shall be open to public inspection at all reasonable times, except as otherwise provided in this section. All final actions of the authority shall be journalized and such journal shall also be open to inspection of the public at all reasonable times. Any records or information relating to secret processes or secret methods of manufacture or production which may be obtained by the authority or other persons acting under Chapter 6123. of the Revised Code are confidential and shall not be disclosed.
