Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The fees to be charged and collected for services required of any public officer under sections 6131.01 to 6131.64, inclusive, of the Revised Code, if not specifically otherwise designated, shall be the fees allowed for like services in that office. If he is an officer receiving a salary, then such fees collected shall be in a like manner accounted for. Publication of notices as required in such sections shall be paid at the legal rate provided for similar matter originating in the court of common pleas.
