Effective: March 24, 2021 Latest Legislation: House Bill 340 - 133rd General Assembly As used in this chapter: (A) 'Owner,' 'person,' 'public corporation,' 'land,' 'benefit,' and 'improvement' have the same meanings as in section 6131.01 of the Revised Code. (B) 'Lead county' means the county in which the majority of the initial length of a joint county drainage improvement would be located, as specified in an original petition filed under section 6133.02 of the Revised Code.
