Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Without regard to the number of each board of county commissioners present at the meeting referred to in section 6135.03 of the Revised Code, the members from this state shall have the casting of one half of all votes on all questions, which vote shall be represented equally by the different members present of the boards from this state.
