Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly If the boards of county commissioners of the different counties of the state, or a quorum of the board of each county affected fails to meet as provided in section 6135.03 of the Revised Code, they shall adjourn until such time as they shall again receive like notice as provided by section 6135.02 of the Revised Code for their first meeting.
