Effective: August 23, 1957 Latest Legislation: House Bill 220 - 102nd General Assembly The clerk of the joint board of county commissioners shall make a full report of its proceedings and findings, signed by himself and the president of the joint board, which shall be read before the joint board. A copy thereof shall be sent to the clerk of the board of county commissioners of each county affected in Ohio, and to the proper officer of each county affected in the other state.
