Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The fees of all officials and assistants in the improvement and construction of ditches, as provided in sections 6135.01 to 6135.20, inclusive, of the Revised Code, shall be as for like services in county ditch work.
