Effective: February 21, 1967 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 107th General Assembly In order to acquire property as provided in section 6151.01 of the Revised Code by appropriation proceedings, the board of county commissioners shall adopt a resolution declaring the necessity therefor; and shall then proceed in accordance with sections 163.01 to 163.22, inclusive, of the Revised Code.
