Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly On the day set for the hearing of a petition for the removal of a milldam, if it appears to the board of county commissioners that a person interested in the improvement and in the removal of the milldam has not been notified, or that any requisite preliminary steps have not been taken, it shall adjourn the hearing to a future time, not exceeding twenty days, and shall order such notice to be given or such preliminary steps to be taken.
