Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The assessments provided for in section 6155.11 of the Revised Code shall be collected as other assessments against real estate and paid into the treasury of the county wherein the petitioners reside and the milldam is situated. They shall be paid out by the county treasurer on the warrant of the county auditor, who shall issue his warrants in accordance with the records and orders of the board of county commissioners.
