Effective: August 26, 1963 Latest Legislation: House Bill 55 - 105th General Assembly The dredging equipment purchased under section 6156.02 of the Revised Code may be used for any appropriate purpose, including those enumerated in Chapters 6141., 6151., 6153., and 6155. of the Revised Code, notwithstanding any provisions of the Revised Code. Such work shall be done as prescribed by the county board of reclamation.
