Effective: September 29, 2017 Latest Legislation: House Bill 49 - 132nd General Assembly A board of county commissioners may appoint an advisory committee on workforce development. A committee appointed under this section may do both of the following:(A) Work to further cooperation between the county and other workforce development and economic development related entities including the state, local area workforce development systems, and private businesses;(B) Advise the board and other interested parties on ways to maintain and improve the workforce development system of the local area in which the county is a part.
