Effective:\nOctober 11, 2013\nLatest Legislation:\nSenate Bill 1 - 130th General Assembly\nThe OhioMeansJobs workforce development revolving loan fund is hereby created in the state treasury. The fund shall consist of a portion of the proceeds from the upfront license fees paid for the casino facilities authorized under Section 6(C) of Article XV, Ohio Constitution. The investment earnings of the fund shall be credited to the fund.
