Effective:\nSeptember 29, 2015\nLatest Legislation:\nHouse Bill 64 - 131st General Assembly\nThere is hereby created in the state treasury the workforce development projects fund. The fund may consist of intrastate agency transfers, nonfederal grants, and other similar revenue sources. The department of job and family services shall use the fund to support program and administrative expenses related to the implementation of workforce development initiatives within the department.
