Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly When the preliminary federal census report of a city indicates that such city will return to the status of a village, the legislative authority of the city may by resolution direct the city auditor to make an enumeration as provided in sections 703.03 to 703.05, inclusive, of the Revised Code.
