Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Upon presentation of the resolution as provided in section 703.02 of the Revised Code, the city auditor shall cause an enumeration of the population of the city to be taken and shall report the results thereof to the legislative authority of the city and to the secretary of state.
