Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Upon presentation of a petition as required by section 703.09 of the Revised Code the legislative authority, by resolution, at its next regular meeting, shall authorize the city auditor to take a census of the city and report the result thereof to the legislative authority. The resolution need be read but once, and it shall be published as are other resolutions of a general or permanent nature.
