Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Immediately after an election upon the adoption of any plan of government or proposition provided in sections 705.01 to 705.92, inclusive, of the Revised Code, the board of elections shall file a certificate of the results thereof with the secretary of state.
