Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The commission may assign the direction or supervision of particular departments or branches of the government of a municipal corporation to individual commissioners. Such action shall not release the commission as a whole from responsibility for the condition of any department or branch of government so assigned.
