Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The executive power of a municipal corporation organized under sections 705.71 to 705.86, inclusive, of the Revised Code, shall be vested in the mayor, the heads of the departments of the municipal corporation, and such other executive officers as are provided for in such sections or as provided for by ordinance.
