Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly When the jurisdiction of municipal officers is coextensive with the county in which the municipal corporation is situated, their jurisdiction in a municipal corporation embracing territory of more than one county shall be coextensive with each of the counties in which any part of such territory is located.
