Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly If the resolution or ordinance required by section 709.04 of the Revised Code is a rejection of the application for annexation, no further proceedings shall be had. Such rejection shall not be a bar to application thereafter to the board of county commissioners on the same subject.
