Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The directors appointed by the court of common pleas to lay out a village, where a seat of justice is situated, shall be governed by sections 711.01 to 711.38, inclusive, of the Revised Code, and liable to the same forfeitures for violation of such sections as county recorders under section 729.05 of the Revised Code.
