Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly After the revision of lot numbers in a municipal corporation is made and recorded as provided by sections 711.28 to 711.31, inclusive, of the Revised Code, each person who lays off lots as an addition to such municipal corporation, or who makes a subdivision of lots therein, shall number the lots so divided upon his plat in regular consecutive numbers, commencing with the next number after the highest number of such in-lots or out-lots, as ascertained by the county recorder from a careful examination of the original records and revisions.
