Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Upon the filing of the plat and certificate by the surveyor as required by section 711.36 of the Revised Code, the board of county commissioners shall cause them to be recorded in the office of the county recorder, and such record, or a copy thereof, certified by the recorder, is prima-facie evidence of the plat of the municipal corporation in all the courts of this state.
