Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The county auditor shall keep a complete record of the proceedings under sections 711.34 to 711.37, inclusive, of the Revised Code, in the journal of the board of county commissioners. The surveyor shall be paid for his services from the county fund, on the order of the auditor, such fees as are allowed by law for similar services.
