Effective: September 17, 1957 Latest Legislation: House Bill 343 - 102nd General Assembly Unless required by rules and regulations adopted pursuant to the provisions of sections 711.05, 711.09 and 711.10 of the Revised Code, the provisions of sections 711.01 to 711.39, inclusive, of the Revised Code, shall not apply to the division of any parcel of land by an instrument of conveyance.
