Effective: June 30, 1995 Latest Legislation: House Bill 117 - 121st General Assembly In addition to any other authority granted to a municipal corporation under the Revised Code or the Ohio Constitution, each municipal corporation may agree to indemnify and hold the state harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, or causes of action, together with any and all losses, costs, or related expenses asserted by any person or persons for injury, death, or loss to person or property relating to any act, omission, or neglect of the state relating to real estate conveyed from the state to the municipal corporation or relating to any condition of the real estate.
