Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly All municipal corporations have the general powers mentioned in sections 715.01 to 715.67, inclusive, of the Revised Code, and the legislative authority of such municipal corporations may provide by ordinance or resolution for the exercise and enforcement of such powers.
