Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Any municipal corporation may:(A) Regulate billiard and pool tables, nine or ten pin alleys or tables, and shooting and ball alleys;(B) Authorize the destruction of instruments or devices used for the purpose of gambling.
