Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Any municipal corporation may:(A) Suppress and restrain disorderly houses and houses of ill fame;(B) Provide for the punishment of all lewd and lascivious behavior in the streets and other public places.
