Effective: July 22, 1994 Latest Legislation: House Bill 376 - 120th General Assembly Any municipal corporation may regulate and license manufacturers and dealers in explosives, chattel mortgage and salary loan brokers, peddlers, public ballrooms, scavengers, intelligence officers, billiard rooms, bowling alleys, livery, sale, and boarding stables, dancing or riding academies or schools, race courses, ball grounds, street musicians, secondhand dealers, junk shops, and all persons engaged in the trade, business, or profession of manicuring, massaging, or chiropody. In the granting of any license a municipal corporation may charge such fees as the legislative authority deems proper and expedient.
