Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly When a municipal corporation owns real estate suitable for the location of a passenger railroad station, and the legislative authority of such municipal corporation, by ordinance, declares it necessary that such land be devoted to such use, the municipal corporation may sell, lease or exchange such land to a railroad for such purpose as provided in section 721.13 of the Revised Code.
